L1/L2 desktop engineer for the below periods. Someone who has experience in desktop support and resolving support L1/L2 tickets
ScheduleJan 9th - 31st (15 shifts)
Feb 1st - 29th (17 shifts)
March 1st - 29th (17 shifts)
April 15th-30th (12 Shifts)
May 1st-31st (17 shifts)
June 3rd - 28th (16 Shifts)
August 19th - 30th (5 shifts)
At least
100 shifts/days from Jan 2024 - August 2024
Day Rate:£110-£120
Per Shift
- Imaging laptops across multiple domains.
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Provisioning laptops with the installation of software
- Good understanding of O365 and Intune enrolment
- Understanding of Security software, we use Carbon Black.
- Understanding of Bitlocker
- Understanding of Windows Defender
- Good admin skills
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor's (preferred)
- Active Directory: 2 years (preferred)
- Intune: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (preferred)
- IT support: 3 years (preferred)
- United Kingdom (required)
