Dex is seeking a Staff-level full-stack engineer to co-own the Dev Ex vision and lead a team of five engineers responsible for every customer-facing web application. You will set the technical architecture, push for rapid iteration, and ensure the team acts as principal stakeholders, not just implementers.
You report to the CTO and shape the end-to-end tech strategy for analytics, docs, marketing site, sign-up, and billing flows, while driving AI tool adoption across the stack.
