Genetec is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer for the EMEA region to act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients. You will troubleshoot complex systems, perform health checks, and deliver hands-on training to unlock the full potential of Genetec security platforms.
Travelling across Europe for on-site client missions, you will collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to improve service quality and drive customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is required.
