Position: ERP Programme Director – 15342

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days a week in the office in either Croydon, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester and at least once per week travel to London

Minimum Requirement

ERP programme director experience

Experience

Essential – must be demonstrated at application and interview
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large scale transformation programmes incorporating delivery of new technology services, finance and HR functions and services
Experience in ERP - Oracle and SAP
Experience in public sector
Essential – must be demonstrated at application and interview
Stakeholder Engagement – Expert Level
Governance – Expert Level
Digital and Data – Practitioner Level
Business Change and implementation – Practitioner Level

Desirable

Experience of delivering Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Experience of implementing the Workday ERP system
Experience of modernising Finance and HR functions and services
Successfully completion of Government Project Delivery assurance gates
Successful completion of Government Digital Service (GDS) service assessments
Technical [Project Delivery – Programme Director SCS1]
