M4 Corridor and will need to be onsite at least 2 days per week

Contract Duration:
Full time role (Monday to Friday) 6 months initially (inside IR35)
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and mature our clients enterprise security strategy across a large, complex organization. This role will combine technical leadership with governance, risk, and compliance oversight, ensuring our security posture supports business growth, resilience, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Lead security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response activities
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to embed security into decision-making.
- Oversee security architecture, controls,and technology capabilities across the enterprise.
- Manage security teams, external partners, and key security programs in a large-scale environment.
- Communicate security risks and priorities clearly to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience operating as a CISO or equivalent senior security leader within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong blend of technical security expertise and governance/risk leadership.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading enterprise-wide security programs.
