Paid Social Manager- Client side role

Salary: £45k - £55k (dependent upon experience)
MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK (announced in the Sunday Times Top 100 & FEBE 100 lists). The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for next year and beyond - both from a revenue and team size perspective. They're now looking to hire a Paid Social Manager to own end-to-end paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
This role will sit within the growing marketing function, with most team members coming from an agency background, making this a fantastic opportunity if you want to leave the agency world and go client-side.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?- You need to have at least 3 years Paid Social experience across Meta, Tik Tok & Pinterest.
- Hands‑on experience with Tik Tok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Proven experience managing large budgets is incredibly important (£250k - £1million monthly spends).
- Proven Paid Social experience working for an agency across numerous clients and sectors.
- If working in-house for a brand, proven experience of scaling Paid Social / Meta ads with significant budgets and without agency support.
- A deep passion for the e‑commerce industry and a track record of success in Performance Marketing.
- Competitive basic salary (£45k - £55k, depending upon experience)
