Inta People is recruiting an IT Support Operator for a short-term temp contract in Cardiff, onsite with parking. The role is £19.52 per hour, 35 hours per week, with shifts between 8am–5pm.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for IT support, logging incidents, performing basic troubleshooting, managing user accounts, and supporting software and device setups while upholding IT security and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
