Marsh is seeking a Claims Analyst or Senior Claims Analyst to join our FINPRO Claims team based in Norwich. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and is technical, working on large, complex global insurance contracts.
You will manage new claim notifications, negotiate with insurers, and interpret policy wordings to secure the best settlements while meeting SLA standards. A strong attention to detail and formal education are expected.
