Litigation Paralegal - Cardiff
TSR Legal is working with a well-established Cardiff law firm to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join its busy and respected disputes and litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive paralegal who is passionate about civil litigation and wants to develop strong hands-on experience in a supportive legal environment.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support fee earners and solicitors across a broad range of civil dispute work. The team handles issues arising out of contractual disagreements, landlord and tenant disputes, building and boundary conflicts, wills and inheritance disputes, small claims matters, and other personal and commercial disputes. You will play a key role in preparing cases from instruction through to resolution, gaining exposure to core litigation practice and supporting clients effectively throughout their matter.

• Assist with the preparation and management of litigation files
• Draft legal documents, court forms, correspondence and pleadings
• Prepare court bundles and evidence packs for hearings
• Conduct legal research to support fee earners and case strategy
• Liaise professionally with clients, courts, counsel and third parties
• Manage disclosure and document review tasks
• Maintain accurate file records in compliance with internal procedures
• Support trial preparation and assist with hearing logistics as required

• Previous paralegal experience in a litigation or civil disputes team
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing tasks
• A professional, proactive and team-oriented approach
• Experience with legal case management systems and MS Office
