This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a growing and collaborative legal environment.

You will provide flexible administrative support across multiple departments, assisting fee earners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

• Providing administrative and secretarial support across teams
• File opening, closing and management
• Preparing correspondence and legal documents
• Managing diaries and arranging meetings
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Supporting document management and compliance processes

• Previous legal or professional services administration experience preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
