Our client seeks to appoint a personal injury lawyer to join their successful military claims team based in Cardiff. Applications are invited from lawyers from NQ+ level and with experience of handling claimant personal injury litigation casework.

Working in a friendly, supportive team, you'll have exposure to a consistent throughput of challenging cases with the scope to develop your experience of handling higher value matters. You'll be working on military claims, often acting on behalf of servicemen and women who have suffered injury or harm and who are bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence due to inadequate protection against these injuries.

These cases include tinnitus and deafness cases (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) and Non-Freezing Cold Injuries (NFCIs.)
