Role

Summary:

An opportunity has arisen for a 0–3 PQE Solicitor to join a specialist claimant litigation team handling complex injury-related claims. You will manage your own caseload of technically detailed matters involving expert evidence and significant disclosure. The role offers genuine responsibility from day one, exposure to litigated files, and the chance to support junior team members within a hybrid working structure.

• Managing your own caseload of complex claimant matters:
  Building autonomy and litigation confidence
• Reviewing high volumes of disclosure and expert evidence:
  Strengthening analytical and evidential assessment skills
• Drafting witness statements, court documents, and detailed schedules of loss:
  Enhancing technical drafting capability
• Advising clients on liability and quantum offers:
  Developing negotiation and valuation expertise
• Liaising with counsel and expert witnesses:
  Gaining exposure to multi-layered litigation
• Supporting and assisting in supervision of paralegals:
  Developing leadership skills

• Qualified Solicitor (0–3 years PQE)
• Essential:
  Experience in claimant litigation
• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Experience handling complex medical evidence advantageous but not essential
