Adeena is a commercial property paralegal with five years of experience in the industry. She has supported solicitors in various commercial real estate transactions.

After completing her law degree at the University of Manchester, Adeena worked at commercial law firms such as DWF, Knights, and more recently, Deloitte Legal. Throughout her career, Adeena has been an integral part of each firm's commercial property division. She tackles each task with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that transactions proceed smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication to her work is evident in her willingness to go the extra mile for different clients.

Adeena's expertise in the field comes from handling transactions such as portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, and property refinances. Some examples of her experience include:

• Proactively managing a caseload in lease‑related matters such as ground rents and lease enfranchisement.
• Providing transactional support on property disposals, refinancing deals, property searches, and the drafting of ancillary documents.
• Assisting solicitors in commercial due diligence, as well as pre‑completion and post‑completion aspects of transactions, with expertise in Land Registry and HMRC Stamp Duty Land Tax processes.
• Contributing to various corporate support transactions relating to several UK pharmacies and pension funds.
• Assisting a high street retailer in resolving landlord and tenant disputes across their properties in the UK.
