Senior Partner — National Litigation & Mediation Leader

We're delighted to announce the expansion of our national team with the appointment of afurther Partner.

Ashley Mott joins our growing team and will operate from the firm’s Sheffield headquarters , to assist Toby Harper, our founder and CEO, and the wider management team, in the running of the head office and the firm more generally.

Ashley is a very experienced and sought-after litigator and brings with him 30 years’ experience handling UK based and international business disputes. He is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator. Prior to taking on the role at Harper James, Ashley spent 28 years at DLA Piper, one of the world’s biggest law firms – 22as a Partner at the firm.

The latest appointment is part of a recent set of appointments here at Harper James, founded in 2014 and today made up of more than 40 partners, solicitors, and support staff.
