Residential Conveyancers All Levels - Cardiff TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a well-established and highly regarded Cardiff-based law firm that is looking to expand its residential conveyancing team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work. This opportunity would suit Conveyancers of all levels, from Junior Conveyancers and Paralegals through to Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Senior Fee Earners, including those with supervisory or managerial experience.

The Role:

Youll be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which may include:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages New build transaction Shared ownership (depending on experience) The firm is open to tailoring caseloads and responsibilities based on experience level, with genuine flexibility and support in place. What makes this opportunity stand out:
