Buy to Let Fee Earners TSR Legal currently working with a progressive, Cardiff-based law firm that is continuing to grow its property offering and is now looking to appoint Buy to Let Fee Earners at various levels to join its established team. This role would suit experienced fee earners who are confident handling Buy to Let conveyancing matters and are looking to join a firm with a modern approach, strong systems, and a supportive working environment.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of Buy to Let transactions, which may include:
Buy to Let purchases and sales Re-mortgages and portfolio work Acting for individual landlords and investors Lender panel work and related requirements The firm is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience, with caseloads and responsibility structured accordingly.
