National team looking for experienced clinical negligence solicitors

• Experience:
  
  1 PQE to 6 PQE - Proven experience of claimant or defendant clinical negligence

You can expect to be involved in a wide range of clinical negligence matters, including:

• Birth and neonatal injury claims
• Spinal injury claims
• Surgical negligence cases
• Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis claims
• Fatal claims and inquest-related matters
• Complex, multi-track litigation

You will have direct client contact from an early stage and play an active role in progressing cases through all stages of the litigation process.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with approximately 1–6 years' PQE who can demonstrate:

• Experience in claimant or defendant clinical negligence litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and organised approach
• A genuine interest in healthcare litigation and clinical negligence law
