The roleYou will support an established team that handles property security for lenders and borrowers. Work includes identifying titles, obtaining Land Registry documents, due diligence and title checks, searches, pre and post completion work and reporting to clients and partners.
What you will needGood drafting and research, strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle a heavy workload. A 2:1 law degree, LPC and document management experience are desirable.
