Responsibilities- Ensure trade compliance rules and regulations are met.
- Manage trade compliance risks and issues to ensure duty management and compliance are appropriately controlled and prioritized.
- Support the maintenance of trade metrics, internal self-audits and processes to ensure adherence to customs and import/export requirements.
- Collaborate with business partner functions, support cross-functional requests, and participate in internal projects with trade-related aspects.
- Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement of processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with customs brokers and address requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate import/export processes in close cooperation with logistics.
- Perform internal audits of third-party agents' processes that impact compliance activities.
- Monitor broker performance and maintain required documentation and records.
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of global experience in international trade compliance.
- Solid understanding of customs duty and trade compliance concepts (valuation, incoterms, licenses and permits, country of origin, HTS classifications, duty optimization/Free Trade Agreements, etc.).
- Depth of knowledge of trade compliance issues faced by a multinational manufacturing/distribution business with a complex supply chain.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Willing to travel internationally up to 15% of time.
- Experience in logistics operations would be advantageous.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, EMEA Trade Operations and is part of the Global Trade Operations Team within Cytiva's Global Supply Chain. This is an on-site role.
