Pullman Rail, part of the Transport for Wales family, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager in Cardiff. You will lead procurement and stores, develop category strategies, and ensure timely, compliant supply of materials to support production and commitments.
You will drive supplier performance, negotiate commercial agreements, and implement improvements in a fast-paced engineering environment, reporting to the Head of Procurement, Planning and Logistics.
