Overview

Service Technician – Lancashire and Yorkshire

DeLaval is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of solutions for dairy farmers around the world. You will work with a small experienced team and report to the After Market and Service District Manager.

• Service and support DeLaval voluntary milking systems to the highest standard.
• Support district sales managers by following up enquiries and spending time with prospective and existing customers.
• Organise and prioritise workload; travel for training; may travel to support colleagues and dealers where necessary.
• There will be a huge focus on quality and customer service, as well as other duties and benefits associated with representing a global market leader.

• Experience of service work within the Agricultural industry
• Interest/Experience in Robotic milking systems
• Proven record of outstanding customer relations
• Fluent in English with good communication skills at all levels, demonstrating excellent verbal, written and IT skills
• Technical and mechanical knowledge
• Interest in animal husbandry and milk production is an advantage
• Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate
