About the role
Off to Work are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Maintenance Person to join a student accommodation apartments in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-managed residential environment where your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards for residents.
What you will be doing
As a Maintenance person, you will play a key role in keeping the property in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to and completing maintenance requests raised by residents
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining apartments, communal areas, and facilities to a high standard
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and service logs
- Delivering a high level of customer service in all resident interactions
- Working collaboratively with the wider on-site team
- Following company policies and health and safety procedures at all times
