Ensure that all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, scheduling, and use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.

Undertake all required training for the cleaning role.

Work within a team and, where appropriate, work independently under their own initiative.

Build positive and productive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.

Ability to communicate and read basic English.

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
