CBRE Local UK seeks a Mobile Multi‑Skilled Technician to cover Cardiff, Port Talbot and Bristol. The role involves complex preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles and grounds, with limited supervision and a 40-hour week from 07:00 to 19:00.
You will work with the local engineer and Regional Engineering Manager South to ensure SLA delivery, coordinate with contractors, and maintain site facilities, safety and cleanliness while supporting agile workplace
