Sodexo Group at the Mars manufacturing site in Castle Cary is seeking a proactive Cleaning & Hygiene Team Leader to lead the cleaning team and uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
This is a part-time role, 15 hours per week, delivering weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday 6:00am–2:00pm). The role focuses on hands-on leadership, training new colleagues, and ensuring safe, compliant cleaning practices across the site.
