Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Flint, Wales is recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader to head a maintenance engineering team at a long-standing manufacturer. You will plan maintenance activities, keep records, and lead hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs while managing budgets.
The role includes training on PLCs, NEBOSH and IOSH, with ample overtime and a strong path to senior roles such as Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Ex-forces background or similar is welcomed.
