We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator who will manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities across a busy corporate facilities environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

• Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned, and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high-volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
• Allocate reactive, planned, and statutory works to engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
• Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, and maintenance schedules to ensure full compliance.
• Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing, and adherence to KPI requirements.
• Review service reports, identify remedial actions, and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.

• Experience in a Facilities Management role managing both hard and soft services.
• Technical background with knowledge of building services and compliance requirements.
• IOSH qualification.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
