Caterpillar, Desford Paint Facility, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maximise equipment reliability in a multi-shift environment. You will deliver preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and maintain records to support production performance and safety across the paint plant.
The role requires flexibility to work across shifts, with a starting salary of £37,900 and up to £42,000 as skills are gained, plus a 27% shift allowance.
