• Carry out a range of cleaning duties across designated areas, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  .
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow the correct cleaning methods and procedures in line with your training.
• Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely and correctly
  .
• Follow colour-coding procedures to help prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow COSHH, Health & Safety, environmental and site procedures at all times.
• Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the tasks you're carrying out.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone on site.
• Take pride in your allocated areas and ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
• Identify and report faults with cleaning machinery or equipment promptly.
• Report any building defects, hazards or other concerns to your supervisor.
• Complete all required training to ensure you can carry out your duties safely and confidently.
• Work closely with your colleagues and provide additional cleaning support when required.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
• A reliable and responsible approach to work.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• The ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures correctly.
• An understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH would be beneficial.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A flexible approach and willingness to support different cleaning tasks when required.
• The ability to undertake a physically active role
  , which may include standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive cleaning activities.
