Position: Senior Project Manager (Permanent)
Senior Project Manager (Medical Device) – Cardiff – Up to £60,000 DOE plus excellent benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an established and forward-thinking organisation based at their prestigious site in Cardiff. The Senior Project Manager will play an integral role in contributing to the delivery of critical projects that drive innovation and excellence in the medical sector, with a view to start immediately.

Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Project Management of medium-sized to large projects

* Planning and follow-up of deliverables, quality and budget, risk management and problem resolution on the project level

* Accountable for Project in the Project-Line operating model

* Coach and guide Project Managers and project team members.

* Identify, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

* Raise issues in a timely and professional way to the right forum or governance body according to the project model.

* Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.

* Close the project with required documentation and learnings captured​ and shared

* Perform tasks, reviews and approvals for assigned Design Control roles.

Candidate Requirements:

* A proven track record in project management within the medical device sector.

* Certified Project Manager (e.g. PMP or equivalent).

* Strong command of modern project management tools and methodologies.

* Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various functions
