Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a UK-authorised specialist bank, is seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of strategic development and sustainable growth.

With a proven operating model, and a growing, established presence in property lending and savings, the Bank is now focused on strengthening execution capability, expanding its product set and further maturing its organisation. The appointment of a new CEO represents a planned transition and an opportunity to build on strong foundations.

This high-profile Board-level role will require the successful candidate to set and deliver a clear long-term strategy, balancing commercial ambition with disciplined risk management, strong governance and consistently good customer outcomes. A core focus will be on driving growth through product development, organisational effectiveness and market engagement, while preserving a values-led, customer-centric culture.

The CEO will act as a visible ambassador for the Bank, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, intermediaries and customers. Candidates must bring senior executive experience gained within a regulated bank, with strong knowledge of UK regulation, governance and the Senior Managers Regime, alongside deep expertise in SME and property lending.
