Site Manager

On behalf of our client, King Contract Services (KCS) is looking for a Site Manager for our project in Cardiff to start early March. This is a temporary role expected to last 6 Months on a façade renewal and replacement project.

• progress reports
• subcontractor management meetings
• Organisation of deliveries

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Possess a current, valid CSCS and their own PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, boots)
• Be self‑sufficient and able to recognise what needs to be done next without being shown

This role starts ASAP and the usual site working hours are 7 am – 5 pm.

Rate of pay is negotiable, Hours 7.30 am – 5.30 pmp>
