Parts Manager

Overview

Parts Manager required for one of the UK’s largest independent automotive body repair groups located in Cardiff.

• Starting basic salary up to £30-32,000 per annum, pending experience.
• Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing around £3,600 in bonus, however this could be exceeded.
• 20 days holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service, capping at 25 days.
• Additional benefits such as a Bupa health insurance plan, a workplace pension scheme, company events, and a staff referral scheme.

• You are required to work a 42.5-hour week Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.

• A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
• Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
• Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
• Motivating and developing the Parts Team
• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
• Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
• As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
• Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development
