Tenancy Team Manager

Cardiff Council is looking to recruit an experienced individual to lead and motivate a team of Tenancy Officers managing the Council Housing Stock.

You will be responsible for ensuring that an effective customer service is provided, giving advice about tenancy and leaseholder conditions.

Ensure that proactive measures are taken to sustain tenancies as well as taking any necessary enforcement action including all legal action.

You will have strong leadership skills, experience of working within a housing related environment including all action for enforcement of tenancy conditions and attendance at court.

You will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative and have a commitment to meeting customer needs.

This vacancy is suitable for post share.
