Senior Trade Operative

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Trade Operative to join our team at Cambria, playing a key role in delivering high-quality property maintenance services. This is a hands-on role where you will manage and motivate multi-skilled teams, oversee property maintenance works to ensure homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.

You will help shape service delivery by aligning skills with service demand, support personal growth within the teams whilst improving operational excellence

What will you be doing?

• Managing operational teams across multiple sites
• Monitoring performance and fostering a positive team culture.
• Managing all resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
• Making informed decisions to prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively.
• Supporting team development through mentoring and training.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance, providing training, and acting where needed.
• Using performance data to guide decisions and maintain high service standards.
• Delivering toolbox talks, mentoring, and on-the-job training to build skills and confidence across the team.
