Property Services Executive

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Services Executive to support the delivery of key Welsh Government schemes helping homeowners, buyers, businesses and communities across Wales.

Supporting Wales’ net zero ambitions, delivering schemes like Green Homes Wales that improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.

Contributing to decarbonisation at scale, helping homeowners access retrofit solutions and sustainable property improvements.

You’ll manage applications end-to-end, liaise with stakeholders, carry out eligibility checks (training provided), and deliver excellent customer service across schemes such as Help to Buy Wales and Green Homes Wales.

Ideal for someone who:

• Thrives in a customer-focused environment
• Has strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Enjoys problem-solving and making fair, informed decisions
• Can manage multiple cases with accuracy and care

Experience in financial services, property, or regulatory environments is desirable but not essential.
