Land Management Officer

The Land & Asset Team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Land Management Officer to assist in the management of housing owned land and to assist with the delivery of housing and regeneration schemes.

The role includes dealing with all the land management enquiries regarding housing owned land, including trees, surveying and monitoring sites. In addition, you will provide assistance in the planning and development of environmental regeneration projects to housing owned stock. The role involves working closely with other service areas and engagement with local people.

You should have working experience within the field of housing management, resident liaison, or housing development. You should have good communication and customer care skills, be able to build strong relationships quickly with stakeholders both inside and outside of the organisation, be well organised and able to work on your own initiative, as well as working within a team.
