Alaska Black, Leeds-based FM group, seeks a Maintenance Contract Manager to lead mobile engineers covering gyms, offices and high-end residential sites in Yorkshire. You will manage daily operations, ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, and hold P&L responsibility for a portfolio valued up to about £1.5m.
The role requires a mechanical or electrical background and experience managing a maintenance team in a commercial FM setting. Salary up to £56,000 with pension, holidays, and car/allowance.
