To provide an enhanced level of responsibility, knowledge, supervision and guidance in the delivery of effective incident management across the network. To support the Operations Manager in the delivery of all network operations, including Traffic Officers, Control Room, Incident and Traffic Management, winter maintenance and emergency response.
