Capital on Tap in Cardiff is seeking a seasoned leader to head Fraud Operations. You will grow a high-performing team of around 10 FTE covering detection, prevention, investigation and case management across UK and US portfolios.
You will build fraud control frameworks, work with Data Science and Engineering to improve detection, manage KPIs, and liaise with law enforcement. A commitment to protecting vulnerable customers and staying current with regulatory requirements is essential.
