Live Kit is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to own long-term technical relationships with strategic accounts, set technical direction, and drive customer outcomes. This is not a quota-carrying role and will shape the TAM function as we hire more team members.
You will lead architecture reviews, deepen platform adoption, and coordinate Live Kit teams behind each account. Be on-site for major launches, translate field feedback into product roadmap, and guide executive reviews.
