The Electric Car Scheme is seeking a Head of Sales Development to lead and grow our SDR function as we scale. You will shape strategy, orchestrate a high-performing team and drive outbound initiatives across the UK to accelerate adoption of sustainable employee benefits.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to target employers, refine ICPs and improve conversion, while maintaining strong CRM data, reporting and accountability across the team.
