Monzo is seeking a leader for our Merchant Acquiring Financial Crime Team. You will manage a team of about 12 Financial Crime Business Banking – Acquiring Investigators, guiding investigations and improving controls across onboarding, underwriting and monitoring.
You will coach the team, maintain service levels, and drive a high-performance, compliant culture. Experience in merchant acquiring, card schemes, KYB and KYC is essential, as is prioritising risk management and staff development.
