Are you an experienced leader ready to drive excellence in the fostering sector? Here at Eclesia we’re looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring outstanding outcomes for children, young people, and foster carers.
About the RoleAs the Registered Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fostering services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks while fostering a culture of excellence. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative initiatives, develop strategic plans, and contribute to the growth and success of our fostering service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fostering service to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain high-quality foster carers.
- Ensure that the service meets or exceeds national minimum standards and consistently delivers positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive the strategic development and growth of the service.
We’re seeking a compassionate and results-driven individual with:
- Current registration with a Social Work regulatory council (e.g., Social Work England/Wales, NISCC, SSSC).
- Significant experience in fostering and services for children, with a proven ability to meet regulatory standards.
- A strong background in leadership, management, and service improvement within the social care sector.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
