Renewable Contracts Manager

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple retrofit and energy efficiency contracts, leading projects from tender stage through to successful delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness, project management experience and a proven ability to lead teams while building excellent client relationships.

• Manage contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
• Lead bid writing, tender submissions and PQQ responses.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability and operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Coordinators.
• Manage contract compliance, commercial performance and risk.

• Previous Contracts Management experience within retrofit, construction, energy efficiency or a similar sector.
• A strong track record of writing successful bids and tenders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and contracts simultaneously.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• The ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of PAS 2035/2030, ECO4, GBIS, Trust Mark or MCS.
• Experience mobilising new contracts.
• Experience working within social housing or retrofit frameworks.
• Full UK driving licence.

£50,000-£55,000 salary (DOE)
