The Opportunity  We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team, within Programme Advisory. Our growing Consents Team needs people with hands on experience working in a major project environment – whether you’re a champion of change, a connoisseur of consents, environmentalist, as stakeholder strategist or a perfect PM we’d love to hear from you about how you could help us to deliver tangible results for our clients.  

Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire development lifecycle providing a range of services to our clients including programme and portfolio set up and delivery, transition management, governance and assurance solutions, and consents, stakeholder and sponsorship management.   As part of the Programme Integration team your key responsibilities will include:  Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables relating to Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects and programmes navigating the Development Consents Order, Transport and Works Act and Town & Country Planning processes, across the pre / post consents stages of the project or programme lifecycle   Occupying client or service roles involving consents leadership and management (pre & post consent), consent production and delivery, environment impact assessments, consultation/stakeholder engagement and procedural strategic advisory / assurance Managing client relationships  Identifying and realising business development opportunities  Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids  Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies  Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team  Line managing junior staff (where applicable)  QualificationsBSc/MSc in an appropriate degree  Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a…
