Community Hub
for adults with learning and physical disabilities. T his is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and support individuals to live their lives to the fullest!

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment that supports individual choice and independence
• Collaborate with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals
• Manage team schedules and provide hands‑on support as needed

• Proven leadership experience in a care or support setting
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for empowering individuals with learning and physical disabilities
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• A commitment to ongoing professional development

This role is subject to an appropriate level DBS and recruitment compliance checks. It is essential that the role holder has a full UK driving licence and full business insurance to use their vehicle for work
