Job DescriptionAs Project Manager, you will lead a £3m annual deployment program transforming safety for 4,000 rail workers. You’ll manage the end-to-end rollout of award-winning geofencing technology, leading a delivery team on-site and remotely. This hands-on role combines strategic program management with direct user training to ensure life-saving technology is adopted across the rail industry.

- Act as the primary face of the program for major clients, reporting progress transparently and building trust with frontline staff and operations teams.
- Significant experience in project management disciplines including risk management, timelines, and quality control, preferably within the rail or heavy industry sectors.
- Proven ability to deliver training and drive technology adoption among diverse user groups, including those who may be skeptical of new processes.
- Self-directed leader with a full driving license who is willing to work occasional nights and weekends to support frontline rail deployments.
