inspiring vet care is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse for Heath Vets, based across Rhiwbina and Whitchurch, to provide senior leadership to the nursing team and uphold high clinical standards.
You will lead clinical governance, mentor staff, and work with the practice leadership to shape culture and performance while ensuring excellent patient and client care. 38 hours/week with 4 days, no weekend rota.
