- Lead sacra mentally, pastorally and collaboratively

- Deep sacramental spirituality
- Proven leadership in nurturing healthy, growing churches
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complexity
- Strong organisational and delegation skills
- Confidence in teaching stewardship and supporting financial sustainability
- Commitment to the ministry of all God’s people, including women and LGBTQIA+ clergy and laity
